The intention of this message is to inform you that while our branch has been open the last few months; after much thought and consideration, out of an abundance of caution; Effective November 13, 2020 Star Choice will be closing its lobby to walk-in traffic.
We are proactively taking steps to continue to serve all your financial needs, with our top priority being the safety, health and well-being of you and our team members. With the increase in positive COVID tests and the onset of the flu season we are being preemptive in doing our part to keep everyone safe.
We will continue to assist you through the following:
• Drive-thru open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Skip the drive-up lane and deposit checks through Mobile Check Deposit
• Our Member Service Representatives are available to answer your questions over the phone Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• You can communicate with us through our mobile app.
• Electronic services available 24/7 online and mobile banking
• Check balances and transfer money between your accounts, make loan payments or pay bills through online banking, or within the mobile app.
• Apply for a membership and or a loan faster than ever with our enhanced member experience portal.
• Night drop service available at the front of the building
• In person service by appointment only
Embrace our new technology with Star Choice Virtual. A more personal approach without personal contact. You can now schedule an interactive appointment utilizing Microsoft Teams. Another added convenience for your financial solutions.
