Lost/Stolen information

In the event your personal identity or information has been stolen (including your checkbook, credit cards, and debit cards), notify Star Choice Credit Union immediately. Timely notification will protect the security of your account.

If you are unable to contact us during regular business hours, please leave a detailed message when you call. Include the following information:

  • Full Name 
  • Account Number
  • Contact Information - Please provide the number that you can be reached at.

Lost/Stolen Credit Card: 1-833-541-0777  www.ezcardinfo.com (or within online banking under the credit card tab)

Credit Card Dispute: 1-888-829-6434

To allow us to assist you better and more efficiently, we will ask you to provide more detailed information regarding your account history. This information will include:

  • Most recent checks you have written/debit card purchases
  • Last time checks/debit card were in your possession
  • How many checks were lost/stolen (and check range)

Based on the situation, the credit union may require you to obtain a police report. The Financial Service Representative assisting you will recommend whether this step, or additional steps, are required.

If you have noticed fraudulent activity on your debit card, please contact the Enhanced Chargeback Support Line at 1-855-961-1602 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT.
