Wire Transfers

WIRE TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION 

In order to send a Wire Transfer from your Star Choice account, you will need to request a Wire Transfer Authorization form from Star Choice and be able to verify identity before the wire is processed (for both domestic and international wires). Once you have completed the form, please bring it to us in person at our Bloomington location.
